At JUC SURF we are committed to making sure you love our boards and remain in love with the surfing experience. If you are unhappy with any of our boards or merchandise, simply follow the returns process below, in the specified timeframe. We will happily exchange or refund your item free of charge or your item for free!

Please Note:

• Returned Surfboards must be returned without alteration (ie: no grip pads, stickers etc), within one month from date of purchase.
• All other items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within one month from date of purchase.
• Refunds or exchanges are only valid to the cost of your purchase (regardless of sale or discounted items), and you must attach your invoice with return request.

How long does shipment usually take?
If in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours and will arrive within 5 to 7 business days from shipping. However as we are young start-up company, each board we make is commonly custom to the surfer with quality being our highest priority. As a result, the estimated wait time for a board to reach your door is between 4 to 8 weeks.

How much does shipping cost?
Dependant on where you live in Australia or across the world, we can ship to you. We recommend you email us so we can provide you a quote before you order, and we will also contact you before we begin creating your board so you don’t get hit with any hidden charges. We also recommend where possible to send boards in a bulk. So if you and a few mates can get together, it can help reduce cost.
